Victoria C. Rainis Obituary
Victoria C. Rainis, 90, of South Main Street, Shenandoah, passed away Tuesday, June 29th, at her residence. Born in Norfolk, Virginia, November 4, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Beshara and Fomia Habib Kal. She attended Norfolk High School, and was employed in various positions while living in Shenandoah. Victoria enjoyed doing the Variety crossword puzzle and game books, reading mystery books, and playing Yahtzee with her daughter and granddaughter. She also enjoyed going to the casinos in Atlantic City. Preceding her in death were her sisters, Elizabeth Johnston, Lillie Christensen, and Josephine Rich, also a brother Elias Kal.
