Tressia Van Daley Obituary

Tressia R. Van Daley, 66, former Pottsville resident, passed away May 4th
at the Green Valley Skilled Nursing Center, Pitman.  Born in Grafton, West
Virginia, she was raised in Jersey City, NJ and graduated from Dickinson HS, JC,
NJ. Before moving to PA, she lived for a short while in Reno, NV.
She
was the daughter of the late Andrew and Vera Riley Metro.  She was also
preceded in passing by her sister, Betty Metro and brother, Andrew William
Metro.   She was a secretary as a profession until her children were
born, and loved having motherhood as her primary occupation. Growing up in
Jersey City, NJ, she was a member of the choir of The 1st Baptist Church and a
Metro Family Choir who performed along with her sisters, in many Churches in
NJ.

Aaron Van Daley, Pottsville, 42

Gregory Van Daley, Pottsville, 38

Robert Van Daley, Pottsville, 37

Grandchildren:
Madison, 19; Robert Jr, 16; Blake, 14; Kaden, 10; BellaBLEU, 9; and Lacey,
1.

Sisters: 
Genevieve Metro-Corbin, Sparks, NV and Sandy Perez, Greenbackville,
VA

Nieces:
Adina Hill, Bonnye, Brett, and Alise Corbin, all of Reno, NV

GrandNieces
Skylar Hill, Sunny Busby and GrandNephew, Corbin Busby, all of Reno,
NV.
