Terrance P. O'Boyle

Terrance P. O’Boyle, 66, of 16 West Centre St., Ashland, passed away Friday October 13th, 2017, at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. Born in Shenandoah Heights, January 30, 1951, he was the son of the late Edward “Ted” and Barbara Coyle O’Boyle. He was a graduate of the former Shenandoah High School, class of 1966, and was employed as a pipefitter working through the pipefitters union Local # 790. Terrence was a member of the former St. Vincent’s de Paul Roman Catholic Church, Girardville, now part of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Parish. He was a member of the St. Clair Fish and Game Club, St. Clair, the Ancient Order of Hibernians, Girardville and was fan and supporter of Notre Dame Football.
Preceding him in death was his wife, Margaret M. O’Boyle Hennessy, passing December 1, 2016, a brother, Joseph, a sister Barbara Ann O’Boyle, and a son in law John T. Heaton.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, Friday, October 20th, at 2 PM, in the St. Vincent de Paul Worship Center, Girardville. Celebrating Mass will be Rev. Leo Maletz. Visitation in the church will begin at 1 PM. Interment will be in Annunciation Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights.
