Tara Leigh Zaharick

Tara Leigh Zaharick, 47, former Gordon resident, passed away Thursday, September 27^th, at her residence in Washington, Pennsylvania.  Born at the former Ashland State General Hospital, Fountain Springs, October 15, 1970, she is the daughter of Terry and Deborah Long Stine.  Tara was a graduate of the North Schuylkill High School, class of 1988, after high school she was employed as clerk at the former Schuylkill Mall, Frackville, and as a pharmacy technician at the Rite Aid store in Ashland.  She served as a councilwomen on the Gordon Borough Council, and was a member of the former St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, now St. Charles Borromeo Parish, Ashland.  She was a loving housewife and mother.
