Shirley M. Draugelis, 90, former Creswell Gardens resident, Ashland, and the Meadows retirement community, Danville, passed away Thursday, March 17, 2022 at the Autumn House East Hospice Center, York, PA. Born in Girardville, October 21, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Catherine Yarnell Davies. She was a graduate of the former Girardville High School, class of 1949. Shirley was a member of the Primitive Methodist Church, Girardville, until its closing. She was a devoted housewife, loving and adoring her children and grandchildren. Preceding her in death was her husband Edward Draugelis Sr., passing October 23, 2020, and a brother Charles Davies.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life funeral service, Friday, March 25, 2022, at 11 AM, in the First Methodist Presbyterian Church, 200 North Ninth Street, Ashland. Leading the service will be Mr. John Kessler. Visitation with begin at 10 AM until service time. Interment will follow at the All Saints Cemetery, Elysburg.
