Rose Ann Yablonsky

Rose Ann Yablonsky, 76, of Oakland Ave., Ashland, passed away Friday, July 18, 2025, with family by her side, at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.  Born December 13, 1948, in the former Ashland State General Hospital, Fountain Springs, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Esther (Carl) Fishburn.  She was a member of the Lavelle Church of the Nazarene, Lavelle.  Rose Ann attended the former Ashland High School, and was employed as a Production Worker for Jetson Direct Mail, Hamburg, until her retirement.  Preceding her in death was her husband Walter, passing November 12, 2012, also brothers, Bruce and Harry Fishburn.

Sister:  Christine wife of Edward Oravitz, Frackville

Sister:  Theresa wife of Donald Oakley, Homesville

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Rose Ann’s life, Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 11 AM, in the Richard W. Fritz Funeral Home, 1323 Centre St., Ashland.  Officiating will be Rev. Jeremy Smallwood, pastor of the Lavelle Church of the Nazarene.  Interment will follow in the Citizen’s Cemetery, Lavelle.  A viewing will be held in the funeral home, starting at 9 AM until the start of the funeral service.  Visit www.FritzFuneralHome.com to leave condolences.  The Richard W.
