Paul S. Plott

Paul S. Plott, passed away on July 9, 2018.  Born in Jamestown, NY on October 15, 1975, he was the son of James Plott of Virginia, and the late Christine Harris of Ashland.  Paul graduated from Putnam Vo-Tech, Class of 1992, in Springfield, Massachusetts, and had obtained a Culinary Arts degree from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.  Paul was most known for his culinary expertise throughout the area, working at Messina’s Restaurant, Schuylkill Haven, the Greystone Restaurant and most recently the Lodge at Sharp Mountain both in Pottsville.
