Kathleen D. Nochton

Kathleen D. Nochton, age 85, of Market St., Ashland, passed away Saturday afternoon, April 22nd, at the Lehigh Valley Health Network, Schuylkill, East in Pottsville. Born in Ashland, October 1, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Catherine Ney Williams Nochton. She was a graduate of the former Ashland High School, class of 1949, and was employed as a Directory Assistant Supervisor for the former Bell Telephone Company, A.T. and T. Telephone Company, later retiring from the Verizon Telephone Company after 44 of service. Kathleen was a member of St. Charles Barromeo Roman Catholic Church, Ashland.

Preceding her in death was a brother Carl G. Nochton, passing in

August 2014.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial, Thursday, April 27th, at 11 AM in Saint Charles Barromeo Catholic Church, 11th and Walnut Sts., Ashland. Celebrant will be Rev. Paul L. Rothermel, pastor.
