John A. Jeffrey

John A. Jeffrey Sr., 76, of Middle Road, Elysburg, passed away Monday, May 7^th, at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.  Born in Danville, August 17, 1941, he was the son of the late Robert J. and Lenora Moleski Jeffrey.  He attended the former Roaring Creek Valley High School, Numidia, and had been the owner of Jeffrey Trucking, Kulpmont.  He later owned the Jeffrey Tire Service, Mt. Carmel, where he and his wife, Dottie, operated the business until their retirement.  John was well known as an auto and truck mechanic that could fix anything.

Preceding him in death was a brother Robert Jeffrey Jr.

Son:  Randy Jeffrey and his wife Debbie, Mt. Carmel

Brother:  Donald Jeffrey and his wife Kay, Elysburg

Grandchildren:  Samantha, John III, Shelby, and Jake Jeffrey
