Henry J. Wolfgang 1st., 63, of Boiler Row Road, Pottsville, passed away Tuesday, April 3rd, at the Hershey Medical Center. Born in Fountain Springs, December 9, 1954, he was the son of the late Arthur and Eleanor Chuplis Wolfgang. He was a graduate of Bonifay High School, Bonifay Florida.
Following high school, he entered the U.S. Army as an Air Reconnaissance specialist in Germany. He was employed 37 years as Back End Tender for Gilford Mills, Pine Grove, until his retirement. Henry was of the Lutheran faith.
Preceding him in death were sisters Violet Snyder and Ruth Metzinger.

Relative and friends are invited to attend a funeral service, Monday April 9th, at 11 AM, in the Richard W. Fritz Funeral Home, 1323 Centre St. Ashland. Officiating will be Rev. Dana Heckman Beil, pastor of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Ashland. Internment with military honors will be held Wednesday, April 11th, at 2 PM in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
