Gale Ann Veach

Gale Ann Veach, 59, former Girardville and Shenandoah resident, passed away Saturday, February 3rd, at the Ridgeview Health Care Center, Shenandoah Heights. Born in Shenandoah Heights, January 9, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Pearl Harvey Foose. She attended North Schuylkill High School, and was a graduate of McCann’s School, Mahanoy City, earning an Associate’s Degree as a Medical Assistant. Gale Ann was employed 21 years as an Emergency Medical Technician for area ambulance associations and also as a Medical Assistant for the School Yard Square Assisted Living Center, Pine Grove, until her retirement in 2013. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Ringtown.
Preceding her in death was a daughter Collene Marie Peters, passing in 1981, and a sister, Gloria Hennessy.

Sister: Sandra wife of James Hart, Coopersburg
Grandson: Ethan Reichwein
Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Funeral service, Saturday, April 7th, at 2 PM, in St. John’s Lutheran Church, Brandonville. Officiating will be Rev. Jay Serafin, pastor. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
