Cecelia V. Pyzowski, 92, former Frackville resident, passed away Tuesday, April 24th, at the Northern Manor Multicare Center, Nanuet, N.Y. Born in Kulpmont, June 11, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Helen Sylak Zawacki. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Polish National Catholic Church, Frackville, where she was active in the St. John’s Ladies Auxiliary and the Polish Carolers. Cecelia was employed as a Presser for the former Model Garment Factory, Frackville, until her retirement. Preceding her in death was her husband, Carl J. Pyzowski, a Word War II veteran, passing in 1999. They were married on August 12, 1943, and celebrated 57 years of marriage.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, Wednesday, May 2nd, at 11 AM, in the St. John the Baptist Polish National Catholic Church, 414 W. Oak St., Frackville.
