Betty V. (Troutman) Todd

Betty V. Todd, 90, of Main St. Girardville, passed away Saturday morning, May 6th 2017, at her residence. Born in Pitman, October 18, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Edwin and Mamie Maurer Troutman. She attended the Pitman area school, and was employed all her life as a sewing machine operator at area factories, retiring from the Lady Jane Sportswear Factory, Mt. Carmel. Betty was of the Evangelical faith.

Preceding her in death was her husband Martin Todd, sisters, Margaret Scheib, Violet Kerner, Fern Schickley, Brenda Kaleda and Deanna Wetzel, also brothers, Dean, Leroy, Whalen, Allen, and Darrell Troutman.

Sister: Nancy Wolfgang, Levittown

Step Son: Ronald Todd, Bethlehem

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service, Tuesday, May 9th, 11 AM, in the Richard W. Fritz Funeral Home, 1323 Centre St., Ashland. Officiating will be Rev. Clyde Neidhammer III. Interment will follow in Christ Church Cemetery, Fountain Springs. A viewing will be held 9 AM until service.
