Ann E. Beury

Ann E. Beury, 68, of Dutchtown Road, Ashland, passed away Saturday, July 13, 2024, at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.  Born at the former Ashland State General Hospital, Fountain Springs, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Rose Brennan Birster.  She was a graduate of the former Cardinal Brennan High School, class of 1973.  Ann was employed as a Certified Nurses Aide for the former St. Catherine’s Hospital, Fountain Springs, and lastly at Broad Mountain Nursing Center, Frackville, until her retirement.  She was a member of the former Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church, now Saint Charles Borromeo Parish, Ashland. Preceding her in death, was a step son, H. Eric Beury. a sister, Joanne Love, and two sister in laws, Roseann and Joanne Birster.

Step Daughter:  Janine Beury and her companion, Corey Hepler, Kulpmont

Brother:  Rodger Birster, Ashland

Brother:  Patrick Birster and his wife Loretta, Ashland

Brother:  Kenneth “Moose” Birster, Locust Dale

Many friends, Nieces, two great nieces, and nephews

Anne was a loving and warm person, she will be missed by many.
